The pattern room is the beating heart of the laboratory, the full expression of our commitment to excellence and originality, our care for each and every individual project. The result is a cap that tells increasingly fascinating stories, collection after collection, stories to be worn.

Cutting.
The cutting department is the forge of precision and craftsmanship. Here, fabrics are transformed into shapes and models, just as they were conceived and designed in the pattern room. Nothing is left to chance because each model is made to our customers’ specifications.

INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION.
We offer a range of solutions to produce customized caps, both in Italy and in China, which put quality of the individual garment first. The combination of knowledge and skills allows us to have highly efficient and automated workflows, and respond to the most challenging production needs.

Packaging.
Preparation for shipping and logistics management represent two fundamental aspects for the final result. Folding, packing, labelling, quality control and shipping logistics. For many, the packaging constitutes the last mile. For us, it is a business card that guarantees the quality of production.
